Photographer Fees:

• Base Rate for 1 Look: Rs. 10,000/-
• Additional Looks: Rs. 3,000/-

Editing & Image Licensing Fees:

• High-end Beauty Retouching: Starting at Rs. 900/- per image and can go upwards of Rs. 3,500/- per image or more depending upon job complexity and usage of image.

• Colour-graded Images: Rs. 150/- per image. These are non-retouched colour-graded images suitable for social media or web use.

1. Grant of License: The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the portrait photographs (the "Photos") captured during the photography session for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

2. Copyright Ownership: All copyright and ownership rights to the Photos remain with the Photographer. The Client acknowledges and agrees not to claim any ownership rights to the Photos.

3. Restrictions on Usage: The Client agrees not to utilize the Photos for any commercial purposes without obtaining a separate commercial usage license from the Photographer. Additionally, the Client agrees not to use the photographs for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Restrictions on Modification, Editing, and Manipulation: The Client is prohibited from modifying, editing, or manipulating the Photos in any way without the prior written consent of the Photographer, including cropping, retouching, or applying filters.

5. Scope of Use: The Client agrees to utilize the Photos solely for personal purposes, including personal printing, sharing with family and friends, and personal social media profiles. Commercial utilization of the Photos without prior written consent from the Photographer is strictly prohibited.

6. Credits: Whenever feasible, the Client agrees to credit the Photographer by including their name or social media handle in the accompanying caption or metadata whenever the Photos are used.

7. Booking Procedure: A booking deposit of Rs. 5,000 is required upon confirmation to secure your photography session, which will be deducted from the final invoice. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of the shoot.

8. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are permitted to reschedule their shoot up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. However, frequent rescheduling may lead to cancellation, resulting in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

9. Delivery of Final Images: Final images will only be delivered upon full payment completion. We exclusively provide color-graded and retouched full-resolution JPGs, abstaining from distributing RAW files. Typically, the delivery of retouched images takes a minimum of 3-4 weeks from the date of order placement.

10. Makeup Artist Arrangements: Should you require a makeup artist for your session, their fees are to be directly settled with the artist unless it is included in your package. Alternatively, clients may opt to engage their own makeup artist after discussing arrangements with the photographer beforehand.

11. Refund and Reshoot Policy: Refunds are not offered, but in the event of dissatisfaction with the shoot, a complimentary reshoot can be scheduled upon request. Client feedback is highly appreciated to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Much like a painting or a song, a photograph is a unique creation. When a photographer takes a picture during a photoshoot, they are essentially creating something original, often with the help of various individuals such as models, makeup artists, and stylists.

Now, just like any other creation, the photograph is protected by copyright law. This means that the photographer automatically owns the rights to that image from the moment it's captured. As the creator, they have the sole right to decide how that image can be used, whether it's for commercial purposes like advertising or for personal use like sharing on social media.

Licensing is essentially a legal agreement between the photographer and the other parties involved, outlining how the images can be used. This agreement can cover various aspects such as where and how the images can be published, how long they can be used for, and whether any compensation is required for their usage.
