Lightmill Studio Cancellation Policy
At Lightmill Studio, we value your business and understand that sometimes, life's unexpected events can disrupt your plans. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our studio, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Portrait Session Bookings:
1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your portrait session up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time without incurring any cancellation fees.
2. Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in losing your advance deposit.
3. No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
Studio Rental Bookings:
1. Cancellation Window: A non-refundable deposit of the full amount secures reservations. Clients may cancel bookings up to 3 days before the reserved date without incurring charges. Cancellations from 24 to 72 hours will result in a 50% refund. If the client cancels on the day of the booking, no refund will be provided.
The studio may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or an alternative date. Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or civil disturbances exempt both parties from liability. In such cases, the affected party will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking or the studio can offer a refund.
2. No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled studio rental without prior notice, you will be charged the full rental fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment or studio rental, please contact us at aditya@lightmill.in or you may cancel your calendly appointment from your confirmation email.
Refunds:
Cancellation fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds or rescheduling at our discretion.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. If you have a genuine emergency or reason for cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your outdoor portrait session or studio rental at no additional charge.
Changes to Bookings:
Lightmill Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your session or rental.
